We don't have adverts like that.
We do have a great show called commercial Breakdown which features weird adverts from around the globe with funny comments by a comedian.

Not really. They usually get old game show hosts to do it, who can't deliver a line, even if it WERE written well...the commercials are never that great, even the "racy" overseas ones. Just one of the reasons the TV only gets turned on to watch live shows once a week.
