Magnetism...

It is theories based upon observations of its effects on 'magnetically capable' elements, such as gold, copper, silver, and iron.

Magnetic induction is the principle by which electricty flows into and becomes useful in your house.

Magnetism is directly tied to 'electron flow' or alternating polarization of valence electrons from one atom to another.

Magnets cause motion for bullet trains, allow motors to work, and even keep your earings on.

Magnetism is how hammerhead sharks find food with their 'metal-detector' - like heads.

Magnetism is how ocean vessels navigate the earth and hikers find their way.

My mind is intrigued by this theory...

well magnetism is one of many forces that are pretty cool, light is both electric and magnetic. and you can use it to generate magnetic fields and electric current.

Or you can use a magnet to create electricial, or you can use electricity to produce light.

Its a circle of energy, merely changing forms as it attempts to flow. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, merely changed in form, blah, blah, blah. If you want a real in depth discussion about magenetism, you're going to have to say more than "magnetism is cool." I could say the same thing about gravity, weather, or my penis.
