On blogs, you can have these pictures that you can display and will link you to other sites. I have no idea what they are called.
I want to make one for Red Fridays, but I have no clue how to do it? Can you save me and make me one or walk me through how to make one myself?

I have no idea what you're talking about honestly. There's pictures everywhere.. and they can all have an option to be clicked and sent somewhere. Do you have the picture you want already?

i think she is thinking of affiliate links... but using small tags like what 50 x 100 or possibly smaller.... in that cause all you have to do is make an image in lets so photoshop... save as a jpg.... upload.... and link....
