Someone or other said it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.  

This is true because those who have never loved are under the impression they are missing something.  

Those who have loved know the truth. It is a bunch of dopamine drenched bullshit that is a marvelous waste of time. In modern society, it is more beneficial to forcibly chuck your hormones over a cliff and go on with your life.  

In short, there are over five billion people in the world and counting. All listening to your hormones will get you is STDs or a kid, both of which will ruin your life, though in different ways.

So it's a waste of time.

I haven't gone out with anyone in over a year. I'm just sick of my hormones returning after I have chucked them over a cliff for the umpteenth time.

The party/wedding was at my house, and my parents were there, photographing the event.
And did I menniton my dad's a pastor?

Am i the only person who actually likes to confide and be confided in? To feel wanted? To know that no matter whats happened or how shit your day has been then the one that you love, and that loves you will be at home waiting to give you a hug and a kiss? Sorry but to me that is priceless and i dont think its a game or any waste of time at all
