I read The Last Book In The Universe (Rodman Philbrick), and it still stands as my favorite. But I read it years ago, and it's for younger-ish readers, but it's still fawesome.
Of course, Hithhiker's Guide is a favorite, too!
Have you read Ender's Game? Try it.

fucking wieeeeeeeeeeeeeeerd mate.
I am somewhat of a cross between Dr Who and Dr Seuss, I stroll the length of time and space, with a hat on my head and a smile on my face.
Red-"she's fucking adorably badass"
largo-"I'd be seriously concerned for the health of unsuspecting zombies during the pursuit of Robo within the aforementioned Zombie Apocolypse."

i love chuck palynuck or how ever its spelled, hes the writter of fight club, he has great books.. Id suggest reading choke and or invisible monsters
i have this aversion of trendy fads and i register chuck as just that so i've never read one of his books. i here all of them are basically the same character.
Donnie Darko is weird...

yea i have read ender's game. i've also read the second book in the series, which was a bit different. i like all of it in general, the only thing i find hard to believe is his siblings like, pratically ruling the world, you know what i mean? that and um, i don't think kids really talk and do the things they are portrayed to do in the books. i get around that and suspend my disbelief by imagining that they are future kids who are probably bred for smartness and have been altered somehow from "normal" kids.
i wached old boy last night.
fucking wieeeeeeeeeeeeeeerd mate.
get out of here! seriously? what are the odds of that? i love that movie, it's so - different. the continous shot fight scene is awesome and the ending is spectacular, yay retribution and gore!

Tom Robbins.
Look him up.
i was at the book store today and i saw his name! hah, that's about it. i saw it and i thought "tim robbins" cos i love him as an actor and then i was like "hey, this is TOM robbins.... lame.." and i didn't check out the book but i will on amazon.
kurt vonnegut
he writes crazy books right? my room mate told me something about deformed twins who become super smart when they put their heads together and they become president or something... sounds pre-tty weird to me. the book covers are nasty.

He writes some really weird stuff.
I love it, though.
You have to have a taste for it, and a lot of times it gets kind of deep, but it's still really good.

But you shouldn't judge a book by wether it's a fad or not. You could be missing out on some really amazing stuff if you do that. Besides fads don't become fads because they suck.

I could quote those books until we're all ill.
What sort of comics do you read? If you like manga stuffs, I have some good suggestions.
Laughing my arse off in the middle of a bookstore whilst I'm reading the shit. Good times, good times.
People are rarely happy. Most the time, they are unsatisfied because they want something. When people get what they want, they are happy for a short time. Then they become used to it and are merely content, until they want something else, whereupon they go back to being unsatisfied.
*note* most of my avatars come from livejournal or some such place.......I do not know who did make them, but I do not take credit for making them myself.
